How to use your insurance for treatment
Step 01
Pre-Authorisation
Contact your insurance provider to confirm your coverage level and obtain a pre-authorisation code for physiotherapy services. Check how many sessions they allocate you for treatment.
Step 02
Treatment & Receipt
Depending on your insurance, you may need to complete your session of physiotherapy and settle the payment. We will provide a detailed invoice including the physiotherapist's provider number and all clinical codes needed for your claim.
Step 03
Submit & Reimburse
Depending on your insurer, you may then need to submit your digital receipt through your insurer's patient portal or app. Most insurance companies will process the reimbursement directly to your account within 5-10 working days.
